The property on itself was pretty good. Customer service with present and staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was with the workout facilities. They were not very friendly on the fourth floor. They were not very helpful and seems like they were put out by people from the hotel using their facilities. This is also where the pool was, and the staff there were very unfriendly and very unhelpful

First, I booked the Elite Suite that can sleep 4 and my family of 5 so I only pay 1 addition. When I checked in, they said this room can only accommodate for 2 and I have to pay 3 additional. This is the first red flag. They need to correct their information from their website. Secondly, there was no towel at the pool until 10-11am. The good thing was the room had an excellent view of the ocean and street. The staffs were great.

It is very near the beachfront, the hotel can be walk around the chơ Đầm market. It is very easy to get around. The one thing i cannot stand the smell in the hallway is like bad sewer or a dead body composed.

This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided.
The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff.
The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools, adults eating and belching by the pool, again not impressed.
The breakfast buffet is good and the young man in charge of the eggs is very kind and hard working.
