Absolutely beautiful and private resort. Would definitely recommend this for others and we hope to come back there with family and stay at one of the villas.

The hotel is surrounded by the ocean and we can hear the waves crashing all day and night.

Posted 3 Aug 2023 on HotelsIt is what you would expect from a large resort. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffets were huge and delicious. If this is what you like on vacation this is your place. The beach was great but the pools were very hot and not refreshing in the heat.
The personal touches in large hotels are hard to come by. Unfortunately, during our stay here we visited Monkey Island where someone in our family was scratched by a monkey and we had to go to the emergency room. We approached the front desk and they helped us find a hospital but that is where it ended. No one checked to see we had what we needed upon returning. They did not check on the family member or inquire if we needed help locating bandage supplies or medicine. It all felt very impersonal.

The property, pools and beach are beautiful. Staff very pleasant and courteous. Highly recommend the villa with private pool option. It's gorgeous! The included breakfast is amazing.
