"It took them about 45 from the time I arrived to get me checked in to get it done due to the staff being unable to find my booking. Even after that the room wasn't ready and I was told to find something else to do for another half hour. "Overall very good, Micheal service very good, tries to accomodate and do things for guests to keep them happy. Only drawback upper story rooms very thin matted walls, so can basically hear your neighbors, so downstairs recommended having concrete brick walls."
