"We loved our stay here. The location was convenient; the room was clean and comfortable; breakfast was tasty; and most of all, the hosts were amazingly hospitable. Due to our original flight being canceled, we checked in later in the day than we anticipated, and the host was gracious and understanding. We also forgot to bring a power converter (we traveled from the U.S.), and the hosts let us borrow theirs until we were able to buy one locally. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"We had the most wonderful stay at Ravenscraig Guest House! The room was cozy, clean and modern, with an amazing view of the mountains out of our window. Check in was a breeze, Scott made us feel so welcome and told us to give him a shout if we needed anything. The guest house itself is beautiful, with traditional Scottish decor and is only a 10-12 minute walk from the main train station and a 5 minute walk from shops/cafes. "Land-lady was nice and friendly upon welcome to home and at breakfast. The room was clean if a little unimpressive. Lack of amenities such as tea/coffee/shower gel in the room, in no way a deal breaker just not super homey. Also the free wifi did not make it to our room."
