Boonkeys Surf Lodge Reviews

The hotel was very good but the service from hotels.com was disappointing. We had book a hotel in st ives and it was confirmed but when we reach there the hotel owner said it was cancelled weeks ago and hotels.com still confirmed our booking. When I asked for refund they said I haves to book new hotel through them or I don’t get a refund. All the hotels were way too expensive I had no choice but the To take hotel 40min drive away from st ives. The customers service from hotels.com was very poor, they couldn’t even pronounce the names of the places we had to figure It out. But the palace surf lodge was great place. The owners were friendly and helpful.
