Absolutely disgusting customer service, having booked this weeks before our trip, we were called less than 24hrs before with them cancelling our reservation. They made false promises when I told them I was unhappy about it. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend that you book with this hotel just in case it happens to you too and then having to find a hotel at double the price in less than 24hrs.

An ok stay but property needs some TLC eg Curtains held together by two hooks one at each end leaving a U shape profile against window when closed.

The staff was helpful especially when I left my keycard in the room and one was provided with no fuss. Downside is that I was in an accessible room where the carpet looked old and grungy.

Horrendous service and room

One of the worst hotels we've stayed in in over 20 years business travel. We'd booked two triple rooms, one for 3 women and one for 3 men. The three men were given their room key and allowed to walk off to what turned out to be a double room with one double bed. Returning to reception we were told that they were full and that's all they had. After a lot of arguing we were given another 'complementary' twin. The room was PERISHINGLY cold - neither radiator nor portable heater worked. Asking reception if there was even another duvet in the hotel somewhere that we could have, we were given a very curt 'No! The hotel is full - i can't walk into another guests' room and take a duvet or heater off them'. Absolutely shocking service. We barely slept.
