First time booking through Expedia and last time booking through them! I was told they didn't have availability which clearly was a lie! I was trying to book 9 rooms for family because I already had mine booked but instead I chose best Western across the street through hotels.com and I had absolutely no issues! Money waisted but I still enjoyed my stay at best Western!

This hotel is bugs infested, the beds needs to be updated has to many dents in tbem, definitely needs renovations in the rooms, they like to accuse people of stealing blankets when i be bringing my own blanket because all the rooms dont have blankets only sheets, single rooms smells like mildew terribly. Nothing really good to say othet then breakfast is somewhat decent, they can do better for the prices they arw askin for

**All based off of my individual experience for the 4 days I booked. I didn't like the smell of the hotel. It smelled like cigarettes and a little mildew/mold. The bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew, carpets in the room were cut up and not complete, and windows had mold and screening was torn which brought in bugs (I did close it after noticing), and the tv didn't have any connection regardless of how I tried to change the input. I lit a candle and opened the airways in the room to air it out, the alarm was still triggered for maybe 35 seconds, the receptionist presented an aggressive demeanor (which was almost understandable but only to an extent) even after I apologized a few times for the mistake. Other guests yelled & argued all night until 5 in the morning. I didn't have a long stay at this location but I have stayed at other Microtel locations and it wasn't nearly bad like this location from my own experience.
