Very clean and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful. Could not have done more for us. Perfect for a short stay.

We stayed after a concert in Cardiff. It was relatively convenient for a late night check-in and leaving the next morning. Not a place to visit... a place for those in transit. From that point of view it worked ok for us. Breakfast was basic - as you would expect given the room rate.

A convenient location for Newport and surrounding areas, but the prices seem to fluctuate too much, which is ridiculous for long term stay overs

Very nice hotel and staff, however location was a bit isolated and difficult to find.

Room was ok but I was ignored at check in for 10 mins as the staff were serving at the bar. More people came into the bar and they were served first over those who were waiting to check in.
