Brilliant small bed and breakfast for a stay right in the centre of Newport. Clean quiet and run by friendly people, and ideally located to explore town and the wharfs on foot. Amazing breakfasts too! Wonderful fresh home cooking every morning. Car park is a five minute walk away on foot but that is the only thing to note.

The property is beautifully maintained and the inn keepers are very pleasant. They serve a very nice breakfast and are happy to accomodate dietary preferences. Our room was the only one on the third floor, thus it was the largest and very comfortable. However, guests should be aware that there are no elevators, so luggage needs to be carried by yourself on the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Did a great job renovating an older property. No on site parking but the super convenient location to everything is worth the tradeoff.

Serena, Ashley and the rest of the staff really went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The Outlook is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the location is ideal for walking around Newport’s wharf section. The daily breakfast was also delicious and the third floor deck provided sweeping views of the harbor. I highly recommend the Outlook Inn for anyone desiring a beautiful and relaxing visit to Newport.
