The property showed a bit of age but it was very comfortable and served the purpose perfectly. Spectacular view of the ocean.

The unit you stayed in 117 the owners have decided not to upgrade this unit. On your next visit, please request one of our upgraded units and I think you will find the facilities to be 5 star. Fully renovated one bedroom spa suites are 107, 109, 111, 113, 121, and 123. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.

I love the extensive boardwalks. I also like the relative privacy of each unit. I have not heard anything from any of my neighbors. I arrived after dark, but I can see the beach nearby, even in the dark. My wife and I stayed here 41 years ago and forgot how nice a place it is.

nice suite and property located by the dune beach, but no direct access to the beach; we had to drive a few minutes to get access to the ocean.

Hi Ron,Sorry you did not know there is direct beach access on the south end of the property. The bridge leads directly out to the beach. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for staying with us.
