Very basic. No iron no extra pillows. Shower very small.

was only in there for a few hours.
but having no privacy for the shower in a twin room was not good for work colleagues. i had 3 x twins not impressed
how do we explain to work colleagues you can watch each other in the shower

Pleasant staff, room was good but like the hotel a little tired in appearance. Quiet considering next to M4. About a 30 minute walk into Newport

I was pleasantly surprised on my arrival. I was greeted warmly by the staff who were very helpful. My room was spotless with everything I needed for my stay. There was a good selection of food for breakfast with as much as you wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Area around hotel a bit scruffy but hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception ladies on duty were lovely
