Great hotel, just needs a little customer service
Posted 24 Sep 2024 on HotelsOnly thing that could be improved upon was the friendliness of the front desk staff. The lady at initial check in was great, but after that, we weren't greeted upon return after being out for most of the evening (shift change) and upon check out, we weren't thanked for our business nor invited to return in the future. It doesn't necessarily bother me per se, but it's just a little critique for customer service improvement. The rest of the experience did not disappoint. 9.5 of 10 stars.
