The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were up throughout the night and woke up with back pain. The TV wouldn’t change channels without making changes in settings. The first time we had booked this hotel there were blizzard like conditions and wouldn’t have been safe for us to come even though it was for our anniversary and wanted to come. The hotel wouldn’t waive the cancellation fee so we paid for a night then and a night this time. Close to $400 total and was not worth it. We won’t be staying here again.

As a frequent traveler and user of Hampton Inn, I’ve come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and customer service from the brand. This location fails to deliver on both accounts. Two different rooms both contained trash on the floor (not near or in a trash can) from a previous guest. The property was alerted about both incidents, but failed to correct or apologize. It is clear that this location cannot maintain the Hampton standards. Unfortunately front desk staff compounded the issue with a cavalier attitude towards the issue.

The hotel was great! I rented a 2 queen suite and it was great! Beds, sheets & pillows were clean & comfortable. The extra area with a little sectional was nice, so was the little sink/kitchen area. Three things were odd.
1) The duvet covers on the queen beds did not match. Strange for any hotel, especially a suite.
2) There was only a partial roll of TP. Strange there wasn’t an extra roll.
3) I called to get a roll of TP brought up, they said we had to come get it.

Clean room overall, clean beds, clean bathroom, great service. My only criticism is that they need to clean their windows. We paid extra for a river view room and the view wasn’t too great due to dirty windows.

This is lur 2nd stay at this hotel. The customer service is excellent. The staff is extremely nice and makes us feel like valued customers. The property is easy to get to and provides a beautiful view.
