Straight forward hotel, at a great price its a walking distance from the beach and a great place to stay if you’re wanting affordability, continental breakfast, clean/safe rooms to recover in after a long day exploring Newport. Highly recommended and quite possibly my top choice for stays in Newport!

Thermostat to control heat didn’t work. Chair had stains on it. Outside entrance keypad didnt work
