I've stayed at this property many times . This was the worst trip. Terribke room location, room wasn't clean, they charge for clean towels now unless you wash your own.

Interesting environment, good self catering facilities within the villa. Crystal cove beach 10 minutes walk. Newport coast 6 minutes drive away

The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect. The villas are clean and spacious and the pool accommodations are great! We love this place!
