The hotel was OK. Our stay was basic. The phone was broken. Champagne that we ordered was subpar. The pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom was pretty small for the Hyatt. The door was just a sliding door not much privacy. The balcony was nice and the staff was pretty cool.

Wet unhappy cleaning never came when I called at 3 pm to ask for service they said they would send someone and no one ever came also called to speak with a manager waiting for 10 minutes before someone came back to say he was busy and would call me back… no on ever called back
ALSO at checkout $50 a night for parking no body ever mentioned that fee at Expedia or at the hotel it was annoying and I felt taken advantage of needless to say we left and won’t be back

This Hyatt is always very accommodating. This is our second time staying here and have been impressed both times.

I loved my room with a balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely come back to The Hyatt Newport Beach on my next return visit to the area.
