It was a great stay hate they didn't have an indoor pool and the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was a lil better then the continental breakfast. Overall will stay here again and it's surrounded by great restaurants and shopping

Renovation duties

Very up to date rooms . Hotel is nice . The room did not have hot water twice that I showered for a one night stay.

I sincerely apologize about the water issue. Our renovations are almost completely finished. However, we had a couple showers that needed repair and in order to repair, we had to shut off the water. The water had been turned back on later in the day. However, we have 3 huge water tanks that have to fill and then heat to the set temperature. Again, I sincerely apologize, and with renovation ending, I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travel brings you to the area.Glenda CabeGeneral Manager

The room was clean and updated. Though the room was updated it was damp and developed a mildew smell. I spoke with the hotel staff about the mildew like smell and my room was moved. By the end of the day on night 3 that room had developed a mildew smell. I also noticed the towels I hung up to dry were not drying. I spoke to the woman at check out about the rooms needing dehumidifiers and was told they are in the rooms but not on? It would have been nice for the other hotel staff to know how to access and turn on the dehumidifier it would have made my stay much better.

hotel was under construction so no pools elevators was messed up had no water in room upon arrival. canceled 2nd night and moved to another hotel

Undergoing remodel! I’d wait to stay here. Musty!

It will be better once the construction is over and remodel is complete. The room was smelly, like musty odor. The carpet was soiled and old. The bathroom did not smell fresh. The food bar in the morning looked decent and the eggs said cage free so I guess they were. Coffee and hot water were cold.
