The location is great if you are going to the O2 and only a short walk to the cable car that takes you there. A lovely place to stay for a night.

Staff could not do enough to make our stay special. Very nice atmosphere.

Hotel is excellent. Very limited dining opportunities in the evening in the local area

Whilst the location and the room were very convenient, I encountered a very rude and unprofessional gentlemen, who was acting as a « manager » in the evening. I faced an issue with a waiter who « forgot » to return my change after I paid a bill in the Bar.. I went to speak to the person on duty and faced the most rude person I have ever encountered. He told me that I should respect the staff and that if I was thinking to post a comment online, he would remove it. No attempts were made to listen to me nor to apologise. During the entire stay, lifts were not working or only partially. WIFI is very poor in the rooms on the first deck. I will certainly not return nor recommend this place.
