I like the fact that check in was easy. I was early but they gave me a room. The room was standard and ok but the heating wasn’t working and had to call an engineer - even after the visit it wasn’t ever warm enough. Tried to get lunch in the bar or restaurant but very limited by a corporate function and very odd bar menu - this needs attention in my view. Went out of the hotel for lunch. Ordered room service in the evening but the food was luke warm and unappetising. Some of the staff were very friendly, some not. I would stay here again as it is clean and convenient but I would like to be able to find quality food available in the hotel. I did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Check out was easy. Food service in the hotel needs overhaul.

Really convenient for a stay. You can get to Heathrow on the Elizabeth line so quickly . Food and shopping and access to all of London.

Room was very comfortable and the location was excellent. Would prefer if reception were at the entrance. Would stay here again.

Great location, nice clear room with a good space, nice bed, however the room is too hot, airless, and stuffy. You cannot open the windows, its uncomfortable, even with the lowest air con temperature.

Very comfortable room, nice and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was fantastic! Hotel is in a great location close to the Olympic Park, canal and Westfield Shopping Centre. We stayed here as a group of friends to go to Abba Voyage and it's an easy walk. Tube station close by for quick access to any other part of London. The concierge downstairs was super helpful with luggage storage & helping plan our route, thank you so much!
