You can’t beat the price. It was clean and had all we were asking for. If you are okay with a simple room at a great price, this is perfect. The front desk is so friendly and welcoming too.

Great check in Don was very friendly and accommodating very clean room great for an overnight stay and pet friendly. Only suggestion I would have is to put a small lamp in the room as the overhead light is very bright only a suggestion

I had a really easy check in. The room was clean. I had a truck and trailer and the parking lot was big enough for both. I would stay there again.

This was everything I needed for my quick overnight stay. The owner was very helpful and I especially appreciate him being flexible on my checkout time. The location is nice and quiet, and there is a cute diner next-door. I would definitely stay here again.

Don was a very friendly host. The location is peaceful and safe. Very reasonable rates compact and comfortable. Two diners in the village and a small open park within easy walking. Dog friendly

Don is a sweetheart that is patient and kind to his guests. The room was very comfortable for the price point. The only thing missing is a bath mat towel. Would absolutely stay again if passing through little Newell.

I wasn't sure about this place looking at it in the dark when I checked in at 10:30pm, but the gentleman was very kind and welcoming and my room was ready for me, freshly refurbished and clean as a whistle. I would definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area.
