The staff at check in (and pre-check in were helpful and friendly). Room was clean and they updated the layout to accomodate our teenage kids. My only complaint was that the bedroom and bathroom doors need greasing as they all squeaked very loudly.

I had broken my leg prior to staying here and the reception desk were very helpful, making sure my car park was the closest one to the building. I very much appreciated the service because it made things much easier for me and the best part was they did it without me even asking.

Great stay in Newcastle
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Quest Newcastle for a family getaway. The check in process was seamless, the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. The beds could’ve done with a pillow top as it was a bit firm and springy but other than that we had a good stay and would choose to stay here again.

There was a lot of noise from people until the early hours of the night fighting and yelling on the king st side near the carpark for Quest. Both my wife and myself had very little sleep due to this.

I enjoyed my stay one of the characteristics I look for is the room is sound proof. on level 7 you definitely hear the birds both morning and night it's pretty loud
