Having to pay by bank transfer (after I pushed back they agreed credit card) the extra deposit, was not anticipated. Then having to send copy of my photo ID by email was way out of order (massive fraud risk). Then no details of address and access till the check-in time. Comfort of place - ok, but dirty towel found etc
