Great base for Newcastle, high quality room and location makes either Quayside or traditional city centre a 10/15m stroll. Breakfast included as a freebie was perfectly decent. Fully recommended.

Good, comfortable stay. Mattress on sofa bed very thin. Room would be fab for a longer stay

Nice hotel handy for city centre. Travelling as a family it was a welcome surprise to find that as a suite it had a separate bedroom from the living room. The onsite parking was convenient and secured. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a decent amount of choice.

Brilliant staff, Electric charging station available on site (6kw). The room was clean and convenient with small kitchenettes. Basic breakfast included.

Genuine welcome from the manager. Outstanding service. extremely comfortable beds and well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet room
Wonderful breakfast with a large variety of options and abundant supply of all items.
Social evenings three nights each week with free drinks and generous offerings of snacks, cheeses, breads, olives and fresh vegetables.
Some might say that the location was a negative aspect of this hotel as it is away from many restaurants and shops, but if a guest has a car then this is not a problem. For those without a car, the Metro is a five minute walk away. On the plus side, the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood so a good night's sleep is almost assured, yet it is only a short walk down the hill to The Quayside.
I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.
