Wanted an affordable place to stay after a gig at the Glasshouse. This was ideal. Walkable, plenty of parking and a really good breakfast. In fact, the gluten free options were some of the best I've come across at a budget hotel. Dinner options are less good.

I’ve stayed here twice now and find the hotel staff excellent. They’re helpful friendly and polite.

Great hotel on the other side of the river to Newcastle town. Just a very quick walk over the bridge and you are in the centre of Newcastle.
The lobby and front restaurant were very clean and offered a great selection of food and drinks.
The room was very spacious, clean and modern.
Breakfast was in the restaurant, and the selection was very comprehensive. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of the food.
The staff were very helpful, and nothing was too hard for them.
Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the hotel.

Close to the glasshouse which is within walking distant and close to restaurants. The hotel is moderate and abit worn down. Had to long queue to check in as only 1 staff. The hotel room
Is basic and clean. The lighting in the room is too dim as only 1 pair of wall lamps and a small bedside
Lamp.
