Perfect location for the railway station, short walk to Quayside and town centre. Safe, secure, quiet, spotless spacious room, very good breakfast, friendly staff. Stayed here several times

This hotel exceeded our expectations, excellent city centre location, but very quiet and good security especially at the weekends. Great breakfast no queues. Lovely pleasant efficient staff who helped to make our stay enjoyable. Having the room serviced each day felt a real treat, this seems to have disappeared in many hotel chains. We will stay again.

It was quite noisy in the room from surrounding nightlife but i slept well

I have no complications. It was very clean, staff are very friendly and it is central to everything you would need.

Located opposite the train station. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Check in is efficient. Breakfast is often busy and average. Well connected to the metro, and a short 10 minute walk up to the shopping centre.

On arrival the staff was very welcoming.
Checking in very prompt .
Lifts work ( always a plus ) .
Room very clean & adequate.
Bathroom very clean & well stocked with toiletries & towels . Breakfast spot on .
All in all a pleasant stay & will definitely book the Hampton by Hilton on my next visit to Newcastle or any city that has one .
