Lovely Stay only had one problem went for our breakfast this morning and we couldn’t get a table the staff said there would clean a table but waited a while and there never cleaned it so had to leave and pay for breakfast again somewhere else i told reception when i left.

This hotel is situated right across from the railway station so that was the main reason we chose it. It is also not far from the main shopping area and Eldon Square.
The room was clean and large enough for a two night stay. We had a problem with the toilet not flushing but once I'd notified reception, it was fixed within 10 minutes. Reception staff very helpful. We didn't do breakfast or dinner at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Drinks are expensive but it's what is expected.
all in all a good hotel and I'd stay again.

Really like this hotel can’t fault it one bit the staff are excellent, also very attentive and friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The restaurant is also lovely 😊
