Receptionist rudeness -unpleasant jokes.
The apartment look lake it haven’t been cleaned.
We had to wait 2 hours before we have been offered an other apartment.

Perfect for 3 adults.
Posted 22 Oct 2023 on HotelsReally pleased I picked this place for the 3 of us to stay. It was clean and perfect for us. There is a kitchen with fridge, oven and hob and a kettle if you should need them. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. There was ample free parking outside. We were attending a show in Stoke on Trent and it was just under £10 for a taxi to the theatre. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The family room is clean and tidy, very spacious but need a little bit maintenance, some doors are old and need repairs.
Quiet environment for staying and sleeping.
