Great hotel. Modern, convenient, good food in the restaurant. Good Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. Easy drive to Manchester airport. My first choice now when I’m in the country to visit family in the area. The Keele university campus is nice to walk around and there’s a grocery store within walking distance on campus.

I liked the ease of check in, close proximity of bus stop, cleanliness and modern aesthetics of the hotel.

The hotel is nice and new, very clean. Checking in and out was no problem.
The shower was quite weak though and the room very warm, even with the heating switched off. The Aircon didn't really do anything apart from make a noise.
We were most disappointed with the breakfast though. The selection was good enough and the food tasty enough, but we prefer our full English breakfasts to be hot, or at least warmer than 'quite warm'.
The tables and chairs in the breakfast room are not right for the purpose. The chairs very low and the table normal height, so not a great eating position.
If you just need a bed for the night, it's fine, but for the cost we expected a higher calibre all round.

It was a shame that there was a parking charge for full paying guest.

Thank you for your feedback and your positive rating.Our carpark is managed by a third-party, hence the charge. We do, however, understand that our location perhaps requires transportation of some sort, which is why we have tried to keep the charge at only 3.00 per night.
