The room was hot. The fan didn’t help, neither did the air con.
The male manager was grumpy that I rang the number on a closed reception door for assistance before reception was due to open. With no times advertised for the opening and operating hours of reception.
Otherwise a clean and comfortable room.

We are sorry you encountered some problems with your room. All air cons and fans do work. The air cons are all fairly new. When it is hot the rooms need a little time to cool down. We don't have opening times on the sign as Managers are always on site but usually working in the laundry or somewhere around the property but will always answer the phone or return your call. You checked in at 4.00pm so I am not sure what time you phoned as the reception was open..

The front of the property looked liked it had some damage done to it. Room was clean
