The staff at check in (and pre-check in were helpful and friendly). Room was clean and they updated the layout to accomodate our teenage kids. My only complaint was that the bedroom and bathroom doors need greasing as they all squeaked very loudly.

Good location. Helpful staff. Had a family room but bit annoying that main bedroom didn’t have ensuite and was only a queen bed.

Property was very located in a good spot with lots of great places to eat and have a drink. The reception staff were really good and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

I had broken my leg prior to staying here and the reception desk were very helpful, making sure my car park was the closest one to the building. I very much appreciated the service because it made things much easier for me and the best part was they did it without me even asking.

It's conveniently located right in the city center, and the staff are very friendly. However, there is some traffic and bar music noise, and the facilities, especially the Wi-Fi speed, are a bit run under.
