Great views from the tiny balcony. The room is quiet but somewhat in need of an update. You certainly pay a premium bit the view. If that’s not important, to you then pick something a bit further away.

The rooms are very clinical - nothing luxurious, meets your basis needs. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Shower in the bathroom was clean - hot water was sporadic, either boiling or freezing. There is a glass window from the bathroom into the bedroom - while this allows you to see the views from the bathroom it does mean you can’t turn on the bathroom light at night without light streaming into the bedroom.
Nice to have free onsite parking, although indoor parking was full and we had to park outside in the hotel’s external parking (but direct access to reception).
Great location being 100m from Newcastle beach and an easy walk along the promenade to Nobby’s beach and the lighthouse (only open to public on weekends).

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Views from balcony were spectacular.
