Extremely rude receptionist who had a bad attitude right from the start. I mentioned I had called the day before to ask about an early check in. The lady I had spoken to said if the room was ready we’d be able to check in, but couldn’t guarantee it. No mention of a charge. Upon check in, receptionist said room was ready but it’d be $60 to check in early. We arrived at 12.30 so 1.5 hours early. I said the lady on the phone never mentioned a charge. Receptionist said “of course there’s a charge, we had to get the room ready for you early!” She then proceeded to tell me that all hotels in the world charge for early and late check ins. I said no they don’t. She said yes they do and kept arguing with me!! She was just unbelievably rude and it was totally unnecessary. The room had some gross thing stuck to the bedside table and there was someone else’s old food in the fridge. Won’t be staying there again!!

Parking is terrible, I don't want to park on the street overnight it doesn't feel safe. The bathrooms are outdated, the carpet isn't great. The pool closes too early at night and there's no gym. Not what I'd expect from a Mercure more like an Ibis.

Just stayed for an overnight whilst travelling through. Beds and bedding were amazing! Good location near restaurants. Microwave in the room didn’t work, bath/shower was dirty and paint peeling off whilst the water waa hitting it. Hand soap dispenser was in the shower and body wash was in the hand basin and you couldn’t swap it over. Body lotion pump didn’t work. Room was a little dirty and dusty. Toilet seat was broken and toilet lid wouldn’t stay up. Motel is a little dated and run down.
