Room was very nice. However parking was difficult.

I had issues with the tablet and couldn't order dinner. Their resolution was to try to fix and then replace the tablet, instead of just letting me order the food. I did tell them I was hungry and getting the order in was my priority.
Once the food arrived, it was absolutely excellent.

Easy check in and check out .Parking off site was easy ,not the hassle I thought it would be .Great bar on level 9 ,with views of Newcastle.Walking distance to most things .Spacious quiet room and comfortable bed .friendly staff .Relaxed vibe .

Great staff and accomodation. Parking is a bit of a problem and needs to be better managed by the hotel.
