Change room 3 times because it was dirty and one the ac unit burned out

Unfortunately, at check-in, one of the guests asked if we were here to check in and proceeded to tell us their room had roaches. Shortly after, another family went to the front desk to complain about the same issue in their room. It’s unacceptable that the hotel is still reserving these rooms, especially given the high evening rate. We left immediately and found another hotel nearby.

This property was probably at one time a nice place but has been run down. When we checked the security glass around the checkin clerk did not give a good feeling. It appears that this hotel is transitioning to a shelter or a low income extended stay. Would not recommend.

This property looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. Simple as that. The paint is peeling, the carpets are stained, the hallways smell of cigarettes and worse. This is being falsely represented on Expedia and after contacting Expedia they have been unwilling to do anything about it. Don't waste your money.

One of the lamps by the bed was broken and did not work. No light at table or any sockets to plug in mobile phones.

Rooms were not clean. Got a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. There were people smoking marijuana in the hallway, holes in walls cigarette burn on mattress, curtains were dirty, toilet ran all night, wallpaper was peeling. A couple was arguing so loud that it was nerve wracking. Avoid this property at all cost.

It looks like the management knows they have bug issues on their property, bed bugs too. They didn't give us any hard time after check in. They agreed to refund us sine there was no other avaliable room and a lot bugs in our checked-in room. A terrible exiprence, you walk into a "hundreds dollars room" and see multiple different kinds of bug running around when you open the door and turn the lights on. What even worse is that Expedia won't refund that back to their loyal customers, after the hotel had no question asked to refund people right there right away.
