Room had a bad smell and the hallway was dirty. Had trouble opening the main door and the room door.

At 9 am day of check out knock on the door for service when we were sleeping again at 11 am knock on the door some guy telling us its check out time. Its clear that this property does not appreciate its guests. They just want you to get the hell out. It's a total shame never again red roof inn

Within the first 20 min in room 144 i saw about 20 roaches that is disgusting for a place that u pay average 75-80 dollars a nighr

I requested a non-smoking room yet when I got into the room the entire room smelled like smoke the upholstery smell like smoke I had to wipe down with sanitary cloth it was Dusty and hard to breathe. When brought to the attention of the front desk I was ignored and my complaint was not taken seriously.
