I did not recognize the house at first because they had no sign but it was easy to get there. It’s a bit pricey for the room because I had to pay an extra for cleaning services so it was very close to a hotel room price. Overall the location is convenient and communication was great.

I like the set up of the room and living room. What I can do without is using the same bathroom with everyone. the bed could have been fixed on the one side but it was comfortable. Would I go back Yes as long as i can have the same room. And would recommend it.

Booked this stay through hotels.com after our flight was cancelled out of NJ. Other hotels in the area were over $350 and we were in a jam. Based on the hotels.com advertisement, we thought this was a hotel, but it was much more like a hostel. Individual rooms with common dining and shower spaces. When we found the place, the front door was wide open (I think otherwise I would have been hard to tell it wasn’t someone’s home). We weren’t given a key for our room, there were big bugs in the room, and a used condom was in the bedroom trashcan with no liner. When we left in the morning, the front door was wide open again- not sure if it stayed that way all night, but it felt a little unsafe. The staff was good, but we definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I wish the advertisement was more clear on the reality of the room. We want others to know what they are signing up for :(

The location feels very unsafe. There is no private bathroom in the rooms which you need to share with others. This was not stated in the descriptions. We immediately left after seeing the property. A disappointing experience with hotels.com. I consider less and less using this platform as it allows subpar hosts to rip off customers.

En effet les salles de bains Ă©taient insalubres (peinture dĂ©faillante et moisissures m'ayant donnĂ© des rougeurs sur le corps), et le prix annoncĂ© sur place Ă©tait de 100$ contre les 237$ que j'ai dĂ» payer sur Expedia. J'Ă©tais censĂ© ĂȘtre remboursĂ© mais je n'ai plus de nouvelles de l'hĂŽtel depuis. M'Ă©tant retrouvĂ© dans une zone oĂč je me sentais trĂšs peu en sĂ©curitĂ© et n'ayant pas d'autres endroit oĂč dormir je suis restĂ© mais l'endroit n'est dĂ©finitivement pas recommandĂ©. C'est pourquoi je suis parti le lendemain dans un hĂŽtel sur Manhattan. Je souhaiterai donc ĂȘtre remboursĂ© pour ce sĂ©jour.
