I thought my room was nice and well appointed however the lobby tables and chairs as well as floors were filled with litter. There was no clean place to sit. I also was appalled by the staff in the morning shift who didn't care to communicate that the shuttle had left early. I made two inquiries about the shuttle and was forced to call an Uber after waiting for 30 mins before they remembered to tell me that it had left early. An Uber takes quite a while to get there so if you are going to stay here, plan ahead. I would say if the morning staff was not as lazy and took the time to upkeep the surrounds and were better at being customer oriented, I'd give this hotel a higher rating but I think that without changes, many will experience what I did. I wouldn't be surprised if there are more comments about that service complement today.

There should be proper arrangement for adequate hot water, there was one time that we didn't got hot water. Also please add some options in dining for Vegetarian people. Rest everything was very good and we look forward to stay again in Holiday Inn.

The property had a water clogging problems in the toilet. We had to complaint twice to get the problem fixed. There was very limited food options. The access road to the hotel was not good, it was confusing.
