I liked that the property was maintained along with inside the hotel, With the amenities that were there. I think it would be so much better if your staff explained what your amenities are that you’ve got a bar that you’ve got a buffet breakfast and this is what time it starts. None of that was provided our TV didn’t work inside of our room either.

I ordered two that I left and had to return back. I was not aware that I had to call for a cleaning service. I thought that was automatically when they checked the room. No one came to check my room while I was cleaning and when I left that came back the same way no towels was in touch.

I was rented a room that should be unrentable. There was techically a window but it was looking into a concrete room which would not have allowed igress in case of fire. Thats unacceptable. The hotel was full so they couldnt move me and now it starts a complaint process where expedia will blame hilton and hilton will blame expedia. You both lost my business
