Cancelled the booking made online with no reason. It was written "check-in at any time" on the Expedia document

The elevator was not working properly. The restroom in the gym was not working during my whole stay. gym was limited. Parking was charged even if you were staying in the hotel.

This hotel is perfect if you need to stay near Newark airport for a night or two.

I wasn’t aware on the amount that was on my bill the first night the lady didn’t explain it well enough the breakfast as well not being complimentary and not exposing it also is a bust ! But I do want to shout out the two gentlemen on the shuttle in the morning David and the Afternoon guy I’m not sure his name starts with A they made our stay amazing on the shuttle I’m big in shouting out because I also work in a hotel so for them 10’stars.
