The staff here is top-notch. Real people, with an incredible service ethic. Special mention to Ed behind the bar, and Nathalie Merkel. Also, the food is outstanding. Crab cakes are the real (no filler) deal!

The bathroom curtain smelled like mildew in the bathroom floor was dirty

The people are always very nice and helpful. The bar tender was fun and interesting. I did not think the price was appropriate for what we got, $350 a night is a lot, but I was very happy with my stay.

We booked a double bed room and was first given a single bed for a higher price. Had to go back and ask for a double bed as booked. They did not honor the quote reserved online and charged us a higher rate

Mia, Thank you for your feedback. According to our records. The reservation was booked as a King bed and transmitted to the hotel as such. We were able to transfer your guests to a room with 2 queen beds as requested and the rates were honored. Thank you,

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The Hotel, the location, and especially my room felt extremely safe, clean, and friendly staff. I most definitely give this place a 10/10 and I will most definitely be returning.
