Room not done cleaning upon check in. Does not provide extra blanket for sofa bed. Changed extra for parking. Rude front desk support.

The property was smelling badly. The chemicals they used to wash the floors are disaster. Shower sinks are leaking. Breakfast included, but basically there is no breakfast just waffles, coffee and some yoghurt. When we try to talk to the receptionist and the manager to change our booking, their reaction was.- there is nothing wrong with our hotel and we cannot change your booking! The rooms are old and dirty the mattresses are very inconvenient. AC turns on and off by itself.
