The Hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. There are many stores located within walking distance. The room was small but very efficient. The breakfast is awesome, it has boiled eggs, orange juice, coffee, bagel, waffle, etc. The best part is Rosa's, a restaurant and bar which is located at the hotel and you get a 15% discount if you stay at the hotel and I made sure I took full advantage of it, LOL. The food was excellent at Rosa's and I had the best fish (Nimo) twice during my stay and I had the best mojitos as well. Let's not forget , if you are not shy, you can strike a conversation with other friendly customers at the bar. The restaurant staff is awesome and some of them are bilingual, the chef is awesome for preparing such delicious meals. The bartender is awesome and on point and I must say that she gets the drinks to perfection. I will try to brush on my Spanish next time, so I can fit in at ease. I look forward to stay at the Wingate in the future. Again, this was my experience and yours might be different.

Our 5 day stay was great. We loved all of the friendly, hard-working staff who helped us with many small requests. Beds comfortable, rooms so clean, hotel very secure and safes in rooms. The indoor attached valet parking was very convenient. Breakfasts are simple, so bring your own fruit or bagel toppings if you like those things. We also enjoyed a nearby restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. Everything has a moldy smell. I had an open window the entire time trying to get of smell. The best thing about this hotel is customer service and free water.

From the moment I walked into the establishment the customer service was amazing. I couldn’t read the form they wanted me to fill out. Joselei the front desk agent jump right in helped me fill out everything. She also remembered me the next day while she was coming into her shift. Great customer service from Jessel at the dining area. Euros was also helpful. I met the one and only Rosa. She was so out going and remembering guest as they walk by the next day. On my way out Natasha made my checkout fast and easy. I had and old luggage bag I wanted to get rid of. She took care of it right away. This place is a diamond in the rough. I will be back. It was close enough to get to the city and Was walking distance from my best friend of over 30 years. Thank you
