Bed was very comfortable. No noise heard from other rooms. Staff and their service were excellent.
Elevator service is slow during rush hours. Bathrooms need upgrading.

Great staff and service! Beautiful old building and love how they kept the older look outside and inside. The old elevators are a beautiful touch but when they are busy, you will be waiting! I would go back!

This is an old and classic hotel. Needs updating but the staff were exceptional.
