Fun place with really fun and chill staff. Who knew a hotel could be anything other than stuffy?
I will say, slightly disappointing “city view”. We had to go to the corner of the window to see it which was tough to get to given the position of the bed and the window.
That being said, in terms of vibes, ambiance, dining options inside and outside (of course) of the hotel, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, this place is top notch.

Charming and clean hotel. Bed and pillows were soft and cozy, and the huge windows had automatic blinds. Plenty of outlets and USB ports. Definitely check out the speakeasy bar in the basement for gorgeous and well made cocktails (you will need reservations!). Quick walk to several subway lines.

Poorly maintained, the room is obselete. the room is the smallest ever in NYC. the window is of poor quality. we heard everything and we had to put towels on to block the cold.
all the walls are worn through wear and tear without maintenance.
for $1300 Canadian the price is ridiculous for the quality of the hotel. We Will never comeback there.

When checking in I was charged a extra fee while the company that booked the stay already had taken care of that. Still they charged me again. After the company which booked my stay intervened the charges were reimbursed. Very disappointing experience .. took some time to get this sorted out. Also the area around the hotel is not the best and feels unsafe… certainly at night.
