The checkin experience was poor, arrived around 11.30 pm to find no one at the checkin desk. Lobby was completely empty. Had to wait for half an hour for a staff member to come in and help me checkin. By this time I was so tired and stressed. The fitness center water dispenser was also not working, it gives the tiniest trickle.

Overall decent hotel with quite comfortable bed. I didn't like the rooms at the sub ground level, hence the 4-star rating

There was hair color or something in the bathroom I had to have them come and clean it.

Perfect location for those going to a show at Barclay’s! And very close to the subway!

From the moment we arrived Danny and Eartha greeted us with a smile and were extremely personable. We ended up staying an extra night and Eartha was helpful in getting this arranged. We didn’t get out much during our stay but were okay with that as we both have busy lives. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come and stay again if given the opportunity.
