Great staff. Loved the neighboring restaurants for drinks and food. The little deli down the street and the bagel store. All the things.

Upon check in my room window had a huge crack with blue masking tape across the window. Cold are was seeping through. The air and heater was not working properly. The air was finally fixed but when I tried changing rooms the hotel was booked up and I was not compensated. Was not happy with my room situation. When booking a hotel room, I do not expect to have a broken window with tape holding it together.

Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Horrible horrible staff, extremely rude, and VERY dirty. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels all around the country and this is top tier as the worst.
