Beautiful historic property conveniently located close to all the major landmarks. Restaurant downstairs struggled a bit being short staffed and closing down unexpectedly when we had reservations. Other than that all was perfect.

We had a few issues with our room. When we checked in the room was had not been cleaned. The heat did not work so we had to move rooms. While the staff was lovely - friendly and did their best to resolve the issue - it was inconvenient. A small discount was offered but I really prefer to pay the full amount and get the service I was promised. I don’t enjoy complaining and having to cut in to my vacation time dealing with issues. The hotel is very nice - the rooms are very comfortable - spacious and well designed.

Great location, friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Did not like the resort fees of $40 per day in addition to nightly room rate. One negative - they had no working ice machine in the whole hotel. They had one ice machine for the hotel on the 17th top floor but it was not working. When I complained on the second night to the front desk, I was told they would have someone bring ice to my room, but it never arrived.
