We couldn’t fault the Kitano Hotel, the staff are so friendly and it’s in the perfect location. We will definitely be back

We had a one night stay at the Prince Kitano hotel, in one of their suites. The room is clean and cozy. There is a towel warmer in the bathroom, which was wonderful, especially in the winter, The bathroom amenities are great too. Staff and service is great. My son slept on the sofa bed, and I called service for extra sheet and blanket, it was delivered in a timely manner. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The only thing, like another traveler had mentioned, there isn’t enough place to charge phone or computer, recommend to bring an additional wall outlet charger. We will definitely stay again.

2nd time staying here and it was great. Ideally located with very friendly and courteous staff. Plan to return on our next trip.
