Love the location and the vibe of the neighborhood. Such a great area to walk and check out the scene outside of the touristy areas!

Very comfortable beds. Clean, modern interior. We liked the library/seating area on the first floor.
We faced the street and it was a little noisy but not too bad.

This was my 5th stay at the Nolitan and it was just as perfect as the first 4 times. We were greeted upon arrival by the friendliest staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to several shops and restaurants. Directly across the street from one of our favorites The Butchers Daughter and not far from Shoo Shoo Nolita. If you are an early bird like me you can walk directly across the street and grab a coffee at the convenient store 24/7. Perfect location for all!!

We stay at the Nolitan often. We love the location and the rooms are a good size and comfortable. It felt a little worn this time though, in need of a coat of paint and some small repairs. Majority of staff is very friendly and helpful. Weekend staff seemed a bit aloof.
