small rooms, the ventilation is pretty poor, causing the room very hot. The hotel is located in a very good spot though.

Staff was helpful and courtesy. Room was not ready upon arrival, but had a lounge on the 26th floor to relax in. The room was spacious for a family with 2 kids. Room is a little dated though. Location wise only a short walk to central park and Times Square. Only negative of stay was the inability to control the room temperature. Thermostat was set at a high heat, which made the room hot and stuffy.
